WINDEY's Wenzhou Xiangyun Energy Storage Factory Rated as Provincial-level Intelligent Factory (Digital Workshop)
Recently, the Economy and Information Technology Department of Zhejiang made public the "List of Zhejiang Future Factories, Intelligent Factories and Digital Workshops in 2024". WINDEY's Wenzhou Xiangyun Energy Storage Equipment Digital Factory was successfully included in the list, becoming the Company's second factory that procures the title of provincial-level intelligent factory (digital workshop).
So far, the Wenzhou Xiangyun Energy Storage Equipment Digital Factory has successfully established advanced automated production line and inspection line for energy storage batteries. It has successively implemented a series of information technology systems such as customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource plan (ERP), manufacturing operation management (MES), supplier relationship management (SRM), and security integrated management & control platform, so that it has achieved the all-around collection, statistics and analysis of key manufacturing data such as work order information, equipment information, quality information and safety management in the production process, thus effectively promoting the digital and intelligent management of the production process. The factory, through data integration, has realized the automatic release and progress tracking of production plan, real-time collection and traceability of quality data, and the comprehensive monitoring of equipment status and key data, effectively connecting the operation layer and the equipment layer and improving the lean management level of production control. All in all, remarkable achievements are made in quality improvement and efficiency increase. In addition, through all-around utilization of advanced technologies such as management cockpit (BI), big data and artificial intelligence (AI), the factory can also provide accurate analysis and decision-making basis for the corporate production and operation, further promoting the digital transformation and upgrading of the enterprise's entire business chain and whole production process.
Taking this as a new starting point, WINDEY will continue to actively respond to the national call, further bring into play the intelligent factories’ exemplary and leading role, keep deepening the application of the new-generation information technology, continuously improve the intelligence level, and go all out to build digital factories with WINDEY's characteristics.
